Complaints Policy

Introduction

ATK Partnership Ltd. encourages Clients to contact us directly, if they have a complaint.

This also applies to ATK Partnership Ltd. as an Approved Body and to any of its Approved Certifiers in relation to certification of design under the Building (Scotland) Act 2003 in accordance with SER Ltd.

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the service that ATK Partnership Ltd. has provided, please contact either:

One of our Directors will investigate all the facts and circumstances associated with your complaint and will endeavour to provide a response within 10 working days of the complaint being received. 

If the complaint involves accessing archived information, we will advise you of this and that it is likely to have an impact on our response time, which will be extended to 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, please let us know and we will review our findings and will endeavour to issue a further response within 10 working days.

If you are still not satisfied with the findings and the outcome, you have 12 months from the date that it is sent, to then refer the matter to one of the following appropriate resolution departments:
